If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your products within 30 days of the original purchase date for an Au Naturale store credit equivalent to the original purchase price. If you would rather opt for an exchange of equal or lesser value, we will also issue a store credit in this circumstance for the original item price. In the event of a sale, the store credit will be issued reflecting the sale price of the item bought.
Au Naturale is not responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is not refundable. We encourage you to ship using a method that will allow you to track your package. Please include a copy of your invoice or your order number, a note including the reason for your return along with any items and the product box or lot code to the address below:

Once your return has been delivered to our facility, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed and for a store credit to be issued to you.
Au Naturale reserves the sole right to determine whether items qualify for return & exchange, credit or refund. Au Naturale's return & exchange policy does NOT apply to third party retailers, limited time offers, special promotions, travel size, samples, sample bundles or starter kits. Products purchased within a kit or collection are not eligible for individual credit or exchange. Only products purchased directly from www.aunaturalecosmetics.com are eligible for consideration.
*Orders which exceed $300 are eligible for a return of no more than 60% of the order's total value, after discounts.
*International orders have 60 days for returns/exchanges.
*In the case of international orders, the recipient is responsible for covering all additional duties and tax fees.
*Orders sent back to Au Naturale as a 'Return to Sender' will be emailed a store credit code for the amount of the products. Au Naturale does not cover re-shipment costs as the package was originally shipped to the provided address.
*Au Naturale is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS Customer Care to handle such cases, as they are responsible for your items as soon as they leave our facility.
