The original shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility. We encourage you to ship using a method that will allow you to track your package. All returns & exchanges are processed within 24 hours of being received. Please allow up to 3 business days for the credit to post to your bank statement.
Please note that Au Naturale's return & exchange policy does NOT apply to third party retailers, limited time offers, special promotions, travel size, samples and sample kits. Individual products purchased within a kit or collections are not eligible for individual credit.
Au Naturale reserves the sole right to determine whether items qualify for return & exchange, credit or refund. Only products purchased directly from www.aunaturaleglow.com are eligible for consideration. Product that has been purchased from a retail location will not be considered for credit or refund. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit.
*Orders which exceed $300 are eligible for a return of no more than 60% of the order's total value, after discounts.
