Tragic Accident Takes Down Our Beloved Lab

It is with great sadness we report that late on the night of July 23 a driver lost control and crashed into our building. Our beautiful brick building — over 100 years old — was unable to absorb the force of the impact and the facade collapsed. The structure was deemed unsalvageable by authorities, and promptly demolished.

Materials can be replaced, people cannot. Had the building collapsed during the day, two people who work in the lab would have been severely hurt. Although we lost a substantial amount of our materials, equipment, and inventory in the accident, we are grateful this tragedy wasn't worse.

We are drawing upon backup supplies from our secondary storage site and working in temporary facilities as we locate our new home. It has not been easy but our Au Naturale team has rallied, and we are so thankful for your support during this difficult time.

Please be advised that while we are phasing back into operations we are experiencing some delays in our shipping times as a result of this unforeseen accident. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.

We appreciate you, and are immensely grateful for your continued support and understanding during this challenging time.

With Sincere Thanks,

Team Au Naturale
